The Currency Frame
The frame glass provides UV protection. We are using original Rohm/Evonic Gallery 100 protection, this provides 99.7% protection.
The artwork is held in place inset into subframe made from card. It is held there through electrostatic charge and the tender does not generally touch the plexiglass.
The Currency Frame is double-sided, meaning that both sides of the framed artwork can be seen. If you’d like to display the back of your Currency Tender when the frame is hung, simply insert the artwork into the frame with the un-painted (reverse) side facing forwards.
The frame’s overall dimensions are 412 x 312 x 22 mm. The visible dimensions are 400 x 300 mm.
The glass of the Passe-partout can be easily changed.
The Currency frame will be shipped directly from Germany.

The frame has hanging holes on the reverse, which can be used to hang it.

The Currency Frame has been designed to display artworks in a landscape, rather than portrait, orientation. It may be possible to hang the frame in portrait, but we would strongly recommend discussing this with a framer, who will be able to provide you with more specific advice.

HENI estimates that the completion date for delivery of these frames will be 2 weeks from the date of the order. Timing is dependent on demand, restrictions and delays.
We will be updating you as soon as possible once your order is ready to ship. DHL will send you a tracking number before despatch.
