About MetaMask

To buy, sell, use, and store HENI NFTs you need a MetaMask wallet. MetaMask is a cryptocurrency wallet which allows you to store various tokens and NFTs. It can be used to interact with the Ethereum blockchain but also other networks such as Palm.

MetaMask is primarily available as a browser extension for Google Chrome, Firefox, Brave and Edge but it can also be installed as a mobile app.

On Mobile

To use MetaMask on your phone, download the mobile app from the app store (iOS or Android). After creating or connecting your account, you need to click the menu icon and continue on the browser within the app. Using this browser, navigate to heni.com and proceed with the payment flow.

IMPORTANT 

When creating your MetaMask wallet, please follow the instructions in MetaMask carefully. Most importantly, save your MetaMask seed phrase somewhere safe! If you lose this, you will lose access to your NFT, and there is nothing we can do to help you.

Transferring NFTs between Palm wallets is a 2 part process.  Please follow these instructions carefully, ensuring you have the correct addresses and sufficient PALM Tokens in your wallet to complete any transactions on PALM. 

Part 1: Add Your HENI NFTs to Your MetaMask Wallet

To add an NFT to MetaMask, follow these steps: 

1. Log in to your MetaMask wallet. 
2. Go to the "NFTs" tab. 
3. Select "Import NFTs." 
4. Paste the NFT's contract address into the "Address" field. 
5. Paste the ID into the ID box
6. Click "Import" to complete the process. Your HENI NFTs will now appear in the "NFT" tab of your MetaMask wallet.

Part 2: Transfer Your NFT to Another Wallet on PALM 

Once your NFTs are imported, you can now transfer them from one wallet to another on PALM. Follow these steps to complete the transfer: 

1. Navigate to the "NFTs" tab in your MetaMask wallet and select the NFT you wish to transfer. This will open the NFT’s details page. 
2. Click the "Send" button and enter the recipient's wallet address. Warning: The sending process is irreversible, so please double-check the wallet address and ensure this is the action you intend to take. 
3. Click "Next" to review the transaction details. Once everything looks correct, click "Confirm" to submit the transaction and send your NFT.  If you have any questions, feel free to reach out to one of our moderators on our Discord server.

We suggest that you use the fees that are recommended by your wallet. 

Please note that transaction fees are paid to miners on the Bitcoin and Ethereum networks. We have no control over these fees and do not receive them.

Ledger and Trezor devices are supported on Palm. Using a hardware wallet that is not supported on Palm may result in your assets getting stuck on the wallet until a fix is issued by the hardware wallet issuing a firmware update.

IMPORTANT

You cannot transfer your DAI directly from Palm to a cryptocurrency exchange (like [Coinbase](https://www.coinbase.com/)/[Binance](https://www.binance.com/)/[Kraken](https://www.kraken.com/)) without using the DAI bridge. You need to use the DAI bridge on Palm to move your DAI to the Ethereum blockchain. If you send the funds to the exchange without using the bridge you will lose your funds. DAI is a cryptocurrency pegged to the US Dollar, meaning that 1 DAI is approximately 1 USD, and is the most common token used to pay for NFTs and services on Palm. If you do not see the DAI in your wallet, check if your wallet is configured correctly. Follow the steps below closely, or you risk losing your funds.

Step 1. Go To The Bridge

The first step in transferring funds to your bank account, is to go to the bridge that will bridge your funds from the Palm blockchain, to the Ethereum blockchain (also known as Mainnet),

Step 2. Configure The Bridge

You will need to connect your MetaMask wallet to the page in order to use the bridge. Click on 'connect MetaMask' to connect your wallet.

Ensure that the 'Origin Network' is set to Palm, and the 'Destination Network' is set to Mainnet (also known as Ethereum). Then select the currency and the amount you wish to send.

Step 3. Use The Bridge

You can now use the bridge to transfer funds. You have two options where to transfer your funds:

3.1 Transfer funds to a cryptocurrency exchange.

You can now use the bridge to transfer your funds directly to an account on a cryptocurrency exchange (like Coinbase/Binance/Kraken) . It is important to note that exchanges have specific receiving addresses for each cryptocurrency, so you must make sure to select the correct currency you wish to receive on the exchange, and the exchange will give the correct address to bridge to.  At the time of writing, the cost for bridging funds is 151 DAI.  The bridge typically takes around 1 hour. However, if the gas prices on Ethereum are much higher than normal, the transaction can take 24 hours or more. If you are not yet registered with a cryptocurrency exchange, you may want to create an account in order to exchange your cryptocurrency and transfer your funds to a bank account. We recommend one of the following: 

• Coinbase
• Binance
• Kraken

3.2 Transfer funds to a wallet address on Ethereum.

You can also use the bridge to transfer your funds to a wallet address on the Ethereum blockchain.

To do this, you need to follow steps 1 and 2 here in order to configure the bridge.

You can then use the bridge to transfer your funds to an address on the Ethereum blockchain.  Enter the destination address on the Ethereum blockchain and proceed. Your wallet address on Ethereum can be the same address as your wallet address on Palm. At the time of writing, the cost for bridging funds is 151 DAI.

Although you don’t need to have a wallet to apply for an NFT, you will need to connect a MetaMask wallet before payment is taken so that we know where to send the NFT. We advise setting up your wallet as soon as possible. To learn how to set up your MetaMask wallet, please click here.

Before we consider a transaction to be paid, we require 6 network confirmations for Bitcoin, and 35 for Ether.

Coinbase Commerce will detect when the transaction has been made and it will display when the first confirmation has occurred.
