Five Artists in the News: Banksy's Trip to London Zoo, Lita Albuquerque Walks the Line and Chicago’s Art Trains

London: Banksy has unveiled an eighth work, this time near London Zoo. Meanwhile his piranha phone box has been moved within the City of London but remains on show.

Los Angeles: Lita Albuquerque has recreated her 1978 work Malibu Line on the site of her former home, studio and archive, which was destroyed in a forest fire, Hyperallergic reports.

London: Tavares Strachan has floated a ship on the roof of the Hayward Gallery. It is among the eye-catching works in the artist’s solo show that respond to Black history, Studio International reports.

Dallas: Sarah Sze has created works that respond to the Nasher Sculpture Center’s Renzo Piano-designed building, Glasstire reports.

Madrid: A man has been arrested for attempting to sell a forged painting purported to have been by Leonardo da Vinci for $1.4M, ARTnews reports.
