Lyonel Feininger, Freighters (1943), which had a $27,000 to $40,500 estimate, was bought-in at Christie's, London. Watercolour and pen and india ink on paper, 31.7 x 47.9cm. The work has been traded 3 times in the past.
Paul Klee, Gebärde eines Tieres (1930), which had a $54,000 to $81,000 estimate, was bought-in at Christie's, London. Watercolour, brush and ink and pencil on paper laid down on the artist's mount, 21.0 x 45.7 x 32.5cm. The work has been traded 4 times in the past.
