1 - A $4 million gift from the foundation of businessman Bob Walter will be used to offer free admission to Ohio's Columbus Museum of Art to anyone aged 25 and under from next month.
The money will also allow free admission to any adult accompanying a child 16 years or younger, which the museum said would "broaden access and turn first visits into lasting relationships".
2 - The Dependance gallery in Brussels has announced it will shut on June 27 after 23 years in business.
A message posted online said its current shows which include work by Alexandra Metcalf will be the last.
3 - The death of photographer Duane Michals has been announced by his gallery DC Moore.
In a statement, they said the 94-year-old would be remembered as "one of the most influential photographic innovators of the 20th century".
He was known for his images of his adopted home city, New York, as well as a series of portraits he did of Rene Magritte.
4 - Pace Gallery is giving up its London space in Hanover Square to look for a smaller building.
CEO Marc Glimcher told the Financial Times the firm would maintain its seven global galleries but would look to operate them with "tight teams" like it does in Seoul, Tokyo and Berlin.
The gallery recently cut ties with around 50 artists and announced staff redundancies in a bid to save money.
5 - Around 300 galleries from 48 different countries are expected to take part in this year's Frieze London and Frieze Masters.
The 2026 fairs will be in Regent's Park from October 14 to 18.
