Zhang Xiaogang Work Sells for $717,900 to Deliver a 3% Annualized Return

Zhang Xiaogang, Bloodline: The Big Family 血緣：大家庭 (1997) sold for $717,900 (HKD5.59m), more than one and a half times the low estimate at Sotheby's in Hong Kong on March 29.

The sale beat the previous auction result for this work by $168,500, equivalent to an annualized return of 3%. It last sold at auction in 2017 for $549,300 at Christie's.
