Yayoi Kusama, The Southern Country, is due to be sold at Christie's in Hong Kong on March 28, 2026 with a $574,800 (HKD4.5m) to $958,000 estimate.

It last sold at auction in 2012 for $61,700 at Seoul Auction. The current low estimate is 966% higher than its previous low estimate of $53,900.
