Vincent van Gogh Work with $25m Estimate Returns to Auction

Vincent van Gogh, La Moisson en Provence, is due to be sold at Sotheby's in New York on May 19, 2026 with a $25m to $35m estimate.

It last sold at auction in 2003 for $10.31m at Sotheby's. The current low estimate is 257% higher than its previous low estimate of $7m.

Watercolor, gouache, charcoal, reed and quill pens and ink on paper laid down on board, 48.7 x 61.2cm. The work has been traded 14 times in the past.
