Tran Luu Hau, Park (2005) sold for $359,000 (HKD2.82m), more than four and a half times the low estimate at Sotheby's in Hong Kong on September 29. The acrylic on canvas work has not been traded before.

The sale beat the artist’s previous auction record by $211,600, a 125% rise.
