Takashi Murakami Work Sells for $243,300 But Delivers a 61% Negative Return

Takashi Murakami, And Then x 6 (Platinum & White: The Superflat Method) (2012), sold for $243,300 (HKD1.91m), more than one and a half times the low estimate at Christie's in Hong Kong on March 28.

The sale was below the previous auction result by $389,300, realizing a 61% negative return. It last sold at auction in 2019 for $632,500 at Phillips.
