Suzanne Jackson, Double (1974) sold for $288,000, more than three and a half times the low estimate at Sotheby's in New York on November 20. The acrylic and gesso on canvas work has been traded twice in the past.

The sale beat the artist’s previous auction record by $7,000, a 2% rise.
