Salvador Dali Work Sells for $407,200 to Deliver a 2% Annualized Return

Salvador Dali, Le conseil des dieux (1968), sold for $407,200 (GBP304,800), more than twice the low estimate at Christie's in London on March 5.

The sale beat the previous auction result for this work by $105,600, equivalent to an annualized return of 2%. It last sold at auction in 2012 for $301,600 at Christie's.

Watercolour, pen and ink and pencil on paper, 44.8 x 38.8cm. The work has been traded once in the past.
