Rudolf Stingel, Untitled (2012), sold for $1.4m, more than two and a half times the low estimate at Christie's in New York on May 21.

The sale was below the previous auction result by $307,600, realizing a 18% negative return. It last sold at auction in 2019 for $1.7m at Sotheby's.

Electroformed copper, plated nickel and plated gold, 120.0 x 110.0cm. The work has been traded 3 times in the past.
