Roy Lichtenstein Work with $1.34m Estimate Returns to Auction

Roy Lichtenstein, Despair, is due to be sold at Sotheby's in London on June 24, 2026 with a $1.34m (GBP1m) to $2.01m estimate.

It last sold at auction in 2016 for $1.93m at Christie's. The current low estimate is 10% lower than its previous low estimate of $1.5m.
