A significant museum retrospective dedicated to Rose Wylie, titled "The Picture Comes First," is now on view at the Royal Academy of Arts in London. The exhibition is scheduled to run through April 19.

The retrospective showcases Wylie's distinctive approach to capturing modern life through her art. Visitors can expect to see a range of her works, including paintings on canvas, multipanel compositions, and works on paper, reflecting her diverse practice.

In parallel with the London retrospective, David Zwirner will host a solo exhibition of Wylie's work at its Paris location, 108, rue Vieille du Temple. This presentation will be on view from April 2 to May 23, 2026, providing an additional opportunity to engage with the artist's recent contributions.
