Rose Wylie, Sailing Boat (2015) sold for $385,400 (GBP292,100), more than one and a half times the low estimate at Christie's in London on June 25. The oil and graphite on canvas laid on canvas work has been traded once in the past.

The sale beat the artist’s previous auction record by $80,300, a 26% rise.
