Roderic O'Connor Work Sells for $490,300 to Deliver a 0% Annualized Return

Roderic O'Connor, Paysage, Pont Aven (1892) sold for $490,300 (GBP378,000), more than one and a half times the low estimate at Christie's in London on March 19.

The sale beat the previous auction result for this work by $20,800, equivalent to an annualized return of 0%. It last sold at auction in 2008 for $469,500 at Sotheby's.
