Rembrandt Bugatti, Deux biches caressant un faon, 1904 (1905) sold for $259,500 (GBP190,500), more than the low estimate at Sotheby's in London on June 25.

The sale beat the previous auction result for this work by $243,600, equivalent to an annualized return of 7%. It last sold at auction in 1984 for $15,900 at Champin.
