Rashid Johnson, Sheree Hovsepian, and Invited Artists Present Interconnected Exhibitions at Château La Coste

Château La Coste is set to host a series of interconnected exhibitions featuring Rashid Johnson, Sheree Hovsepian, and an extensive roster of invited artists. The presentations, titled 'Rashid Johnson at Château La Coste' and 'Rashid, Sheree and Friends,' will run from July 2026 to January 2027.

The solo exhibition dedicated to Johnson will be complemented by the group show 'Rashid, Sheree and Friends,' curated by Johnson and Hovsepian. This exhibition will include works by artists such as Sanford Biggers, George Condo, Lorna Simpson, Sarah Sze, Henry Taylor, and Hank Willis Thomas, among others. The featured mediums encompass painting, sculpture, and film, including a selection of bronzes.

The exhibitions will occupy spaces across Château La Coste, with installations planned for the Oscar Niemeyer Auditorium and the Richard Rogers Gallery. 'Rashid, Sheree and Friends' is scheduled to run from July 5, 2026, to September 6, 2026, while 'Rashid Johnson at Château La Coste' will extend from July 5, 2026, to January 17, 2027.
