Peter Halley Work Sells for $50,800 to Deliver a 2% Annualized Return

Peter Halley, Blue Prison (2008) sold for $50,800, more than the low estimate at Sotheby's in New York on May 16.

The sale beat the previous auction result for this work by $16,500, equivalent to an annualized return of 2%. It last sold at auction in 2008 for $34,300 at Sotheby's.
