Perrotin has announced its artists' significant presence at the 61st International Art Exhibition – La Biennale di Venezia, running from May 9 to November 22, 2026. The gallery's roster will be represented in official pavilions and numerous collateral events throughout Venice.
Among the national pavilion presentations, Klara Kristalova and Tori Wrånes will exhibit at the Nordic Countries Pavilion in HOW MANY ANGELS CAN DANCE ON THE HEAD OF A PIN?, a joint presentation by Kiasma, Moderna Museet, and OCA – Office for Contemporary Art Norway. Concurrently, Alma Allen will present CALL ME THE BREEZE at the U.S. Pavilion, organized by The American Arts Conservancy.
Collateral events include Hans Hartung's THE INVISIBLE CHORD. HARTUNG AND MUSIC at Fondazione Querini Stampalia, a collaboration with the Hartung-Bergman Foundation, Victoria Miro, and Lehmann Maupin, on view from May 7 to August 30, 2026. Hernan Bas will present THE VISITORS at Ca' Pesaro - International Gallery of Modern Art from April 30 to November 22, 2026. Meanwhile, Shim Moon-Seup's IL GESTO - A CONTEMPORARY REINTERPRETATION OF LE NOZZE DI CANA will be installed at Museo Correr, supported by the Shim Moon-Seup Art and Culture Foundation, running from May 5 to September 13, 2026.
Additional artist participations include Julian Charrière in SPIRAL ECONOMY at Ca’ Faccanon, commencing May 4, 2026. Paola Pivi will exhibit HARNESSED FROM NATURE at San Gregorio's abbey from May 8 to September 30, 2026. JR’s project THIS IS LIFE will be showcased across The Venice Venice hotel and Teatro Goldoni, launching May 4, 2026. Finally, Monira Al Qadiri and Benjamin Orlow are featured in Glasstress at the Berengo Foundation, open from April 30 to November 22, 2026, and Gelitin will also participate with a presentation at Museo Correr.
