The sale beat the previous auction result for this work by $78,300, equivalent to an annualized return of 8%. It last sold at auction in 2012 for $40,500 at Christie's.
Watercolour, brush and ink and pencil on paper, 20.8 x 25.8cm. The work has been traded twice in the past.
