Paul Nash Work Sells for $84,600 to Deliver a 5% Annualized Return

Paul Nash, Landscape from a Dream (1936), sold for $84,600 (GBP64,000), more than one and a half times the low estimate at Christie's in London on October 14.

The sale beat the previous auction result for this work by $67,000, equivalent to an annualized return of 5%. It last sold at auction in 1996 for $17,600 at Christie's.
