Nick Goss, Undertow (2017) sold for $69,700 (GBP50,800), more than one and a half times the low estimate at Phillips in London on June 26. The oil and pigment on linen work has been traded once in the past.
The sale beat the artist’s previous auction record by $12,800, a 22% rise.

The previous record was set by Day Tripper (2020), which sold for $56,900 at Christie's on March 06, 2025. The work had not been traded before.
