NFT Update: Sotheby's 3AC auction; OpenSea insider trading case goes to trial; plus market data

  1. Sotheby’s has announced it will be auctioning NFTs from the collection of bankrupt crypto hedge fund Three Arrows Capital (3AC).
  2. Layer-1 blockchain Berachain has raised $42m in a funding round led by Polychain Capital.
  3. Ethereum Name Service (ENS) has partnered with MoonPay to allow users to purchase its .eth Web3 domains with fiat currency.
  4. Nate Chastain, former OpenSea Head of Product, will go to trial next week over alleged insider trading in 2021.
  5. Staking infrastructure provider has raised $23m in a Series A funding round.
