NFT Update: Coinbase and Binance charged by SEC; €39k Louis Vuitton NFTs; plus Curated keeps adding

  1. The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has sued Coinbase for operating as an unregistered securities exchange.
  2. The U.S. SEC has also charged Binance and its founder Changpeng Zhao with a variety of securities law violations.

  4. Crypto hedge fund Arca has laid off 30% of its staff.
