Maurice Utrillo Work Sells for $71,300 to Deliver a 4% Annualized Return

Maurice Utrillo, Rue Norvins à Montmartre (1933), sold for $71,300 (GBP53,300), more than the low estimate at Christie's in London on March 6.

The sale beat the previous auction result for this work by $66,600, equivalent to an annualized return of 4%. It last sold at auction in 1962 for $4,619 at Sotheby's.
