Maurice de Vlaminck, La maison rouge, sold for $39,300 (EUR33,300), more than the low estimate at Sotheby's in Paris on April 17.

The sale was below the previous auction result by $48,900, realizing a 55% negative return. It last sold at auction in 2023 for $88,200 at Christie's.
