Maha Malluh, Magadeer (from Food for Thought) (2024) sold for $84,000, more than one and a half times the low estimate at Sotheby's in Saudi Arabia on February 8. The metal pots work has not been traded before.
The sale beat the artist’s previous auction record by $38,700, a 85% rise.

The previous record was set by Food For Thought, Assabeel (from The food For Thought 9000 Series) (2012), which sold for $45,300 at Sotheby's on April 24, 2018. The work had not been traded before.
