Johann Zoffany Work Returns to Auction

Johann Zoffany, Portrait of Sir Robert Preston, 6th Baronet (1740–1834), full-length, in a landscape, is due to be sold at Sotheby's in London on July 2, 2026 with a $26,400 (GBP20,000) to $39,600 estimate.

It last sold at auction in 2014 for $78,500 at Sotheby's. The current low estimate is 58% lower than its previous low estimate of $63,400.
