Jogen Chowdhury Work Returns to Auction

Jogen Chowdhury, Ganapati the Lord, is due to be sold at Christie's in London on June 11, 2026 with a $33,400 (GBP25,000) to $46,800 estimate.

It last sold at auction in 1996 for $7,000 at Sotheby's.

Ink, watercolour and pastel on paper, 55.2 x 55.2cm. The work has been traded twice in the past.
