Joan Miro Work Sells for $423,300 to Deliver a 7% Annualized Return

Joan Miro, Projet pour 'Miró i Catalunya' (1968) sold for $423,300 (GBP330,200), more than one and a half times the low estimate at Sotheby's in London on March 5.

The sale beat the previous auction result for this work by $177,600, equivalent to an annualized return of 7%. It last sold at auction in 2017 for $245,700 at Sotheby's.
