Joan Miro, Les Revenants (1976), sold for $76,800, more than two and a half times the low estimate at Sotheby's in New York on February 26.
The sale beat the previous auction result for this work by $23,900, equivalent to an annualized return of 14%. It last sold at auction in 2023 for $52,900 at Christie's.
