Hugo McCloud's Auction Record Increases by 1%

Hugo McCloud, Untitled (2015) sold for $77,400, more than three and a half times the low estimate at Phillips in New York on February 28. The aluminum foil, aluminum coating and oil on tar mounted on wood panel work has not been traded before.
The sale beat the artist’s previous auction record by $1,200, a 1% rise.
