Henri le Sidaner Work Sells for $339,400 to Deliver a 1% Annualized Return

Henri le Sidaner, Le boulevard du roi (1930), sold for $339,400 (GBP254,000), more than two and a half times the low estimate at Christie's in London on March 6.

The sale beat the previous auction result for this work by $135,700, equivalent to an annualized return of 1%. It last sold at auction in 1989 for $203,600 at Sotheby's.
