Henri le Sidaner Work Sells for $1.2m to Deliver a 3% Annualized Return

Henri le Sidaner, La table sur la cour (1926) sold for $1.2m, more than twice the low estimate at Christie's in New York on November 20.

The sale beat the previous auction result for this work by $352,000, equivalent to an annualized return of 3%. It last sold at auction in 2014 for $845,000 at Sotheby's.
