Henri de Toulouse-Lautrec Work Sells for $105,700 to Deliver a 4% Annualized Return

Henri de Toulouse-Lautrec, Portrait de femme, Décoration du salon de la maison de la rue d'Amboise (1892) sold for $105,700 (EUR94,500), more than one and a half times the low estimate at Christie's in Paris on April 10.

The sale beat the previous auction result for this work by $51,200, equivalent to an annualized return of 4%. It last sold at auction in 2009 for $54,500 at Christie's.
