George Shaw will present My Haunts, his first exhibition in his hometown of Coventry.
Shaw, who paints with Humbrol enamel model paint, is known for his evocative paintings of ordinary, often bleak suburban landscapes and overlooked corners of Britain.
The exhibition at the Mead Gallery, Warwick Arts Centre will reveal how Coventry, in the English Midlands, has shaped Shaw’s artistic vision. It also coincides with his 60th birthday.
My Haunts is scheduled to run from May 7–June 27, 2027.
