George Condo Work Sells for $594,300 to Deliver a 8% Annualized Return

George Condo, The Housekeeper's Family (2004), sold for $594,300 (GBP444,500), more than twice the low estimate at Christie's in London on March 7.

The sale beat the previous auction result for this work by $405,300, equivalent to an annualized return of 8%. It last sold at auction in 2012 for $189,000 at Sotheby's.
