Georg Kolbe, Nonne (Kleine Nonne) (1923), sold for $35,400 (EUR30,500), more than the low estimate at Kunsthaus Lempertz in Berlin on June 6.
The sale was below the previous auction result by $14,100, realizing a 28% negative return. It last sold at auction in 2012 for $49,500 at Kunsthaus Lempertz.
