Gagosian London to Present 'CHRISTO: AIR,' Including Premiere of 'Air Package on a Ceiling'

Gagosian Grosvenor Hill in London will present 'CHRISTO: AIR,' an exhibition dedicated to the work of Christo and Jeanne-Claude, running from May 21 to August 21, 2026. This exhibition will mark the inaugural public presentation of 'Air Package on a Ceiling,' a work by Christo.

The exhibition will encompass a range of media and themes characteristic of Christo and Jeanne-Claude's collaborative practice. Visitors can expect to see installations, sculptures, photography, drawings, and collages that explore concepts such as wrapped art, environmental art, and conceptual art.

Presented in collaboration with the Christo and Jeanne-Claude Foundation, the exhibition offers an opportunity to examine the enduring legacy of the artists' large-scale, often ephemeral, public works. A selection of related works and merchandise will also be available at Gagosian’s gallery and shop in London’s Burlington Arcade.
