Felix Vallotton Work Sells for $81,300 to Deliver a 3% Annualized Return

Felix Vallotton, Daffodils (1915) sold for $81,300 (CHF65,000), more than one and a half times the low estimate at Koller Auktionen in Zurich on June 27.

The sale beat the previous auction result for this work by $66,000, equivalent to an annualized return of 3%. It last sold at auction in 1978 for $15,300 at Germann Auktionen.
