Felipe Moratilla, Una ninfa en la fuente (Nymph at a fountain) (1875) sold for $83,600 (GBP66,000), more than the low estimate at Sotheby's, Online on December 3. The white marble, on a carved marble pedestal work has not been traded before.

The sale beat the artist’s previous auction record by $51,600, a 150% rise.

The previous record was set by Young boy collecting shellfish and crabs (1890), which sold for $32,000 at Christie's on April 23, 2004.
