Fan Yang Tsung, Swimming Pool Series - Public Pool (2014) sold for $196,300 (HKD1.54m), more than twice the low estimate at Sotheby's in Hong Kong on March 29. The acrylic on canvas work has been traded once in the past.

The sale beat the artist’s previous auction record by $63,500, a 47% rise.
