Eugene Delacroix Work Returns to Auction

Eugene Delacroix, Le Corsaire, is due to be sold at Christie's in Paris on April 15, 2026 with a $68,900 (EUR60,000) to $91,800 estimate.

It last sold at auction in 1973 for $24,800 at Sotheby's.

Graphite, watercolor and gouache, 24.4 x 19.3cm. The work has not been traded before.
