Es Devlin Unveils 'The Everythingists' at V&A East Storehouse

3 min read  ·  14 Apr 2026

V&A East Storehouse will present The Everythingists, a new commission by artist Es Devlin, opening to the public on 18 April 2026. Housed in Gallery 2 on Floor 2, the work is conceived as a sculptural drawing that engages with the conceptual framework of 'Everythingism'.

Devlin's installation is positioned in dialogue with the legacy of Natalia Goncharova, referencing her multifaceted contributions to painting, theatre design, and the Russian avant-garde, including the Rayonist Manifesto. The project extends these historical connections into contemporary considerations of performance art and digital mediums.

The commission incorporates collaborative elements from artist Joshua Shanny-Wynter.

The Everythingists is scheduled to remain on view until 18 October 2026.
