Chantal Joffe Work Sells for $34,100 But Delivers a 32% Negative Return

Chantal Joffe, Promenade des Anglais (2002) sold for $34,100 (GBP25,800), more than the low estimate at Phillips in London on December 3.

The sale was below the previous auction result by $16,300, realizing a 32% negative return. It last sold at auction in 2022 for $50,400 at Christie's.
