Cecily Brown Work Sells for $155,700 to Deliver a 34% Annualized Return

Cecily Brown, Two Palms Press (2002) sold for $155,700 (GBP120,600), more than three and a half times the low estimate at Phillips in London on March 7.

The sale beat the previous auction result for this work by $105,300, equivalent to an annualized return of 34%. It last sold at auction in 2021 for $50,400 at Sotheby's.
