The Congolese art collective CATPC (Cercle d’Art des Travailleurs de Plantation Congolaise) is set to present 'The Land of Chocolate Sprinkles. Building a New World Together.' at the H'ART Museum in Amsterdam. The exhibition is scheduled to run from Friday, May 22, to Sunday, November 8, 2026.

The exhibition will feature new and existing works by the collective, including sculptures crafted from materials directly tied to colonial economies: cocoa, palm oil, and sugar, alongside clay. Through these mediums, CATPC, which includes artists such as Emery Muhamba, Matthieu Kiasma, and Mirra Meya, engages with critical themes including colonial exploitation, resistance, and the social and environmental implications of the plantation economy.

Accompanying the sculptures will be embroidered works and films, further articulating the collective's focus on social justice and environmental activism. The exhibition reflects an ongoing collaboration with Human Activities and has involved figures such as Renzo Martens and Hicham Khalidi.
