Camille Pissarro Work Sells for $424,200 to Deliver a 3% Annualized Return

Camille Pissarro, Bords de l'Epte à Éragny 埃拉尼的埃普特河岸 (1886) sold for $424,200 (HKD3.3m), more than one and a half times the low estimate at Sotheby's in Hong Kong on March 29.

The sale beat the previous auction result for this work by $143,200, equivalent to an annualized return of 3%. It last sold at auction in 2013 for $281,000 at Sotheby's.
